N - Norton Water Tower

Built between 1888 and 1892, Norton Water Tower is a Grade II listed building acting as a balancing reservoir to supply water to Runcorn and Liverpool. It's built of red sandstone, and its cast iron tank has a capacity of 650,000 gallons. The building is an impressive example of Victorian engineering and remains in use today.
