Halton Primary Arts Network
The annual Halton Primary Arts Network (HPAN) exhibition returns to Shopping City this February.
From Monday 10th – Friday 28th February hundreds of local children from 42 primary schools across Halton will be showcasing their fantastic artwork based on this year’s theme ‘Each of us a single note, together we create a masterpiece’
Halton Mayor, Councillor Kevan Wainwright will be opening the exhibition at 4pm on Monday 10th February and everyone is invited.
