Desert Island Survival Challenge – with BSL Interpreter
Thanks to funding from the Chemical Business Association, Catalyst Science Discovery Centre and Museum are working in conjunction with the Deafness Resource Centre in St Helens on a pilot project to make family workshops and shows more accessible to D/deaf adults, children and their families.
The next session in the series will take place on Sunday 1st June when we’ll have a BSL interpreter present in our 3:00pm Desert Island Survival Challenge Workshop!
Can you use science to survive on a desert island? Learn to filter water, signal for help and escape from an island in this hands-on workshop!
The 3:00pm workshop on 1st June will include a BSL interpreter.
There are free tickets available to families in the D/deaf community. To check if you are eligible please contact Deafness Resource Centre St Helens, [email protected]or Telephone (voice and text) 01744 23887
